These terms are an agreement between you and Clendi Villar ("we", "us") about playing Ultimate Poop Stacker ("the game") on any device. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Parents: if your child plays, please read these terms with them. Players under the age of majority where they live need a parent's or guardian's permission to play and to make purchases, and the parent or guardian agrees to these terms for them.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the game uses. It's part of these terms.
1. Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own fun and not for commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or change the game, take it apart, or try to get its source code, except where the law allows it.
2. Fair play
Please don't:
- cheat, use modified versions of the game, bots, or tools that change how it works;
- fake your location or your scores;
- attack, overload or try to break into our servers;
- use the game to bother, bully or hurt other players;
- play for someone else, or let someone else play your account on the world boards.
3. World Board Rules
The world boards show your username, flag and player card to players everywhere. To keep them fun and safe for everyone, by joining you agree to these rules. The game shows them to you before you create a username.
Usernames: not allowed
- Swear words, rude or sexual words, or words that are truly gross (silly poop words are fine).
- Hate: anything against a race, religion, country, gender or who someone is.
- Bullying, threats, violence, drugs or alcohol.
- Pretending to be a moderator, the game's staff or a real famous person.
- Personal information: your real full name, age or birth year, school, address, phone number, email or social media handle. This keeps kids safe.
- Tricks to get around these rules (look-alike letters, spaces, misspellings).
Players under 13 don't type a username: they choose one of the game's generated names.
If something breaks the rules
- Names are checked automatically, and players can report and block anyone on the boards.
- A reported name can be hidden right away until a moderator looks at it.
- Moderators can reset a name to a temporary name, remove scores, and pause or ban an account (for a day, a week, a month or for good).
Boards reset every month, and each month's top 10 stay in the Hall of Poop. You can delete your world board data at any time; see Delete my data.
4. Coins, chips and other virtual items
Coins, chips, skins, accessories, cards, pets and everything else you earn or unlock in the game are virtual items. They have no real-world money value, they can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and they can't be sold or traded. You get a license to use them in the game; you don't own them. They are saved on your phone, so they can be lost if you delete the game or its data, and we may change or rebalance them in updates.
5. The Lounge
THE LOUNGE has card and domino games played with poop chips. It is not gambling. Chips can't be bought with real money, can't be cashed out, and are only worth bragging points. Nothing you win or lose there has any real value.
6. Purchases and refunds
The game may offer optional purchases, such as Ad-Free and the Producer packs. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow that store's terms and payment rules. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. Contact Google Play or Apple to request one, or email us and we'll help.
- Restoring: if you reinstall the game or change phones on the same store account, use Settings > PURCHASES > RESTORE.
- Producer packs put the name you choose in the game's public credits. The name must follow the World Board Rules. We can hide a name that breaks them, and a refunded purchase removes the name.
7. Ads
The game shows optional rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and we're not responsible for the content of third-party ads. If you see an ad that seems wrong for a family game, please tell us at support@poopstacker.com.
8. Names you create
When you create a username or a Producer name, you let us show it in the game, on the boards, in the credits and on this website, for as long as it's in use. You promise it follows the World Board Rules.
9. Our game and art
The game, its characters, art, music, sounds, text, code and the name Ultimate Poop Stacker belong to Clendi Villar or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing the game. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your games, including on YouTube and streaming sites, as long as you don't suggest that we endorse you.
10. Changes and availability
We may update, change, add or remove features, modes, items and events, and we may reset the boards or stop offering the game, in whole or in part, at any time. Some features need an internet connection, and we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.
11. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your access to the world boards or other online features if you break these terms, in addition to what the World Board Rules say. Sections 4, 9 and 12 to 16 keep applying after these terms end.
12. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that your progress will never be lost. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Clendi Villar won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
14. Laws that apply
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those laws still apply to you. Before taking any legal action, please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem.
15. Apple App Store terms
If you got the game from Apple's App Store, these extra terms apply:
- These terms are between you and Clendi Villar, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
- If the game doesn't meet any warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and consumer protection claims.
- If someone claims the game infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with it.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or on a US government list of restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.
- Apple's own Standard End User License Agreement also applies where these terms don't cover something.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is important we'll tell you in the game. If the World Board Rules change, the game asks you to accept them again. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
